After a great internship and the day after finishing Web development at KEA, we continued the partnership with a full-time position.
During the internship, I was already made comfortable with much of the development environment, and actively working on the new projects coming in.
After a very successful interview for an internship, i got a student position the same week in the WordPress Department at Peytz.
Since MMD peaked my web development skills and interest, I wanted to expand on that knowledge. We got thrown into the world of databases and coding languages and quickly kickstarted a large stack behind us. We managed to cover various databases, built our own development environments with Docker and got experience working with various languages such as PHP, Python, Django and React.
Not to forget all the front-end related toolsets, agile development theories, user experience design processes and much more.
When i started at VBDS, we were under lockdown and the amount of work, i could provide was limited. This started a fun and close cooperation, where i could be the fixer and provider for all imaginable commercials, and illustrative art for their online learning platform.
Much of it, is presented on my portfolio page. Due to corona and limited funds, i wasnt able to get a payed position.
During this education, we have explored so many sides to design / web / game / product development. These are hard to cover shortly, but as a part of our preparations for sending out internship applications, we had the assignment to create a new portfolio within a week.
So, I essentially have a portfolio, which covers the whole curriculum and what I have gained from the portfolio.

After I spent time travelling abroad and working, I wanted to go back to school and get a higher education. To do that, I had to take the qualified courses, i previously had missed.
This resulted in a speed run, where i finished the whole curriculum in half the time.
While staying for the spring course over three months, I have had the following subjects:

During this trip, we mainly focus on nature conservation on the seaside, this involved collecting trash on beaches, killing alien plants and most importantly clearing debris off coral reefs.
Part of our work was to visit schools and have presentations about proper waste management, so we could provide a positive influence on the future generation in Thailand.
As i had been working for a few years, i wanted to explore the world more, and decided to volunteer with Projects Abroad.
Firstly i went with the reserve in Botswana, where we had to maintain the water reservoirs, and other structure and providing work for research gathering about the biodiversity of the reserve.
Stepping into the family business working with my dad, where i had numerous task on my table. Everything from helping in the workshop, polishing and cleaning up cars for sale, engaging with customers, IT responsible and handling the online platform.
As a break from school, I took this course in Spain with the company Service&Co, so I had it in my backpack. We learned various organisational skills and the course was very focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
